Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our part-time customer service team in Buffalo. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service through various channels. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
