Job Description

As a Remote Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help our team deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry tasks, managing and organizing digital files, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing customer service as the first point of contact. You'll also be responsible for performing market research as needed, responding to emails and phone calls, preparing customer spreadsheets, and keeping online records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
