Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient support to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Assisting customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information and ensuring accurate data management
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Internet-based applications, including CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train and develop the right candidate
