Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 – $16 per hour, with working hours not exceeding 4 hours daily. As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be a critical part of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will handle customer inquiries, assist them with navigating our website, process returns, and address any concerns or complaints with utmost efficiency and courtesy.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required – comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
