Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems

Requirements
