Responsibilities
As a part-time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Applying data program techniques and procedures
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good typing speed
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
