Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality and care. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a quiet workspace
