Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You'll interact directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers through various platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as necessary
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and handling customer feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in Business Administration or related fields is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer support tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
