Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Online Airport Customer Service team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our passengers before, during, and after their travel experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with booking flights, cancellations, and itinerary changes
  • Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gate information

Requirements
