Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and be a critical part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with patience and empathy
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements
