As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various customer service roles. Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, preferably in the customer service industry, and will be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking. You will also screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers, maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress, and build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinating and managing the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
• Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Maintaining and updating the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in recruiting or HR (a plus)
