Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This is a part-time position with a commitment of under 4 hours per day, offering a competitive salary compensated on an hourly basis. Job Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for entering data into our database from paper documents, utilizing your computer skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll report to a data manager or another senior data team member, working closely with our data management team to maintain the integrity of our data systems.

Responsibilities:

* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners

• Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties, verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data, retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
• Create and enforce policies for effective data management

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk

• Fast typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases (relational databases, data modeling, etc.)
• Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset
