Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Applying data program techniques and procedures
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
• Scanning documents and printing files, when needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Additional qualifications in Office Management or related field
• Experience working with data programs and software
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
