• Inputting data from various sources into company systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Verifying the accuracy of data to ensure reliability and consistency
• Updating and maintaining data records as required, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Collaborating with team members to improve data processes and ensure seamless communication
• Adhering to confidentiality policies and data protection regulations, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required; we value skills and experience over academic qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inputting data from various sources into company systems, including but not limited to:

+ Customer information + Transaction data + Product information

• Verifying the accuracy of data to ensure reliability and consistency, including but not limited to:

+ Checking for errors and inconsistencies + Researching and resolving discrepancies

• Updating and maintaining data records as required, including but not limited to:

+ Updating customer information + Adding new products or services + Removing inactive or outdated data

• Collaborating with team members to improve data processes and ensure seamless communication, including but not limited to:

+ Participating in team meetings and discussions + Sharing knowledge and expertise + Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

• Adhering to confidentiality policies and data protection regulations, including but not limited to:

+ Maintaining the highest level of security and integrity + Protecting sensitive information and data + Reporting any security breaches or incidents
