Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team, working evenings (under 4 hours) with a competitive hourly wage of $15-$20. As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling customer queries, complaints, and issues with accuracy and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
