Job Summary

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and are eager to learn and grow with our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating the internet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional certifications or training in customer service

  • Experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment
