Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations, resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, and provide information regarding arenaflex's services, policies, and travel procedures. You'll also maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and company policies, document customer interactions accurately in our systems, and work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding arenaflex's services, policies, and travel procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and company policies.

Requirements
