Job Summary

arenaflex is currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Associates. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the efficient handling and organization of data. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.
  • Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Educational Qualifications

We require a high school diploma or equivalent for this role. Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
