Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Support team as Experienced Customer Support Representatives. As part of this team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to our customers' queries and issues. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and providing accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and internet navigation
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • A degree in a related field is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
