Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including our proprietary customer service software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to be available to work a variety of shifts
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
