Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for gathering, utilizing, and activating first-party customer data across our digital ecosystem. Your expertise will help us unlock new opportunities for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement robust data collection strategies, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights.

• Design and optimize data collection structures to ensure seamless integration with our marketing automation platforms and other brand development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and loyalty across different digital channels.
• Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and foster data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with industry standards and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science)

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a senior role, preferably in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership
• Proven track record of driving data-driven customer engagement strategies and a passion for advocating for the best customer experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Marketing)

• Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
• Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
• Certification in data management, marketing automation, or CRM (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification)
