Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing routine data processing tasks with accuracy and completeness, ensuring that information is up-to-date and consistent in the assigned industry and functional area.
  • Applying knowledge of business processes to meet service level agreements, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Assisting in identifying and resolving any processing issues that may arise, working closely with the team to find solutions and improve processes.
  • Auditing, interpreting, and reconciling reports for accuracy, maintaining consistency in data provided to management and clients.
  • Handling sensitive company data in compliance with established security policies and procedures, ensuring that our clients' information is protected and secure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. as a minimum qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in business process service delivery or a related field, with a preference for experience in an outsourcing environment.
  • Familiarity with client products/services and industry is a plus, as is experience using business software solutions and ability to support client needs efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and business software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
