Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. You'll work closely with our team to ensure quality control and leadership development, while also enjoying flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using our proprietary systems
* Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
* Quality control and leadership development
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using our proprietary systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
