Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining and updating customer records in our database.
