Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Collecting and gathering essential data from employees, departments, and clients, including invoices, statements, reports, and personal details.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality.
  • Organizing and formatting data to optimize efficiency and accuracy, using your expertise in MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Creating and maintaining precise spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
  • Entering and updating information into our systems promptly, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Ensuring data backups are maintained securely, protecting our data from loss or damage.
  • Notifying relevant parties of encountered errors promptly, to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Safely storing physical copies of data for easy retrieval, maintaining a secure and organized data storage system.

Additional Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you may be required to assist with additional tasks, such as:

  • Providing administrative support to other team members, as needed.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives, to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create and maintain precise spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient typing skills, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
