The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing inbound and outbound telephone support to our customers and agents, assisting with a variety of inquiries and requests. You'll be proficient in servicing all product types, with a consistently increasing transaction knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Documenting detailed and concise notes on all interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Training and assisting Associate CSRs, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Processing and maintaining department SLAs by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Performing additional tasks at the request of management, as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who possesses:

• Associate CSR skills, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in using tools and resources available, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive approach to customer service, anticipating needs and providing solutions.
• Ability to show empathy and mentor new hires, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support.
• High school education or equivalent experience, with 6 months to a year of experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience.

Compensation

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be eligible for an hourly salary range of $21.00-$31.96, plus eligibility for an annual bonus program.
