Key Responsibilities

• Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from various sources
• Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
• Searching for information on websites to support data entry tasks
• Maintaining a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made
• Requesting further information for documents that are considered incomplete
• Analyzing completed work for duplication or errors in content before submitting final product

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Intermediate spreadsheet experience, preferably in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in database management, including Microsoft Access or similar tools
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks on demand
• Accurate typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems
