Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring every customer experience is top-notch in quality, with a focus on delivering timely, professional, and courteous service
• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, with follow-up on all customer issues
• Taking an active role in selling arenaflex goods and services on inbound calls, providing support on product selection and application
• Coordinating customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
• Collaborating with our web support team to provide extended hours of service for customers, including emergency support

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
• A passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• The ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact, remaining calm and composed under pressure
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
• A high school education, with a 2-year or 4-year degree preferred

Work Shift and Hours

As a full-time, hourly, non-exempt Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy:

• A flexible schedule, with Sunday-Thursday availability
• 40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for overtime
• A remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home
• Paid time-off, including 3+ weeks of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time

Compensation Details

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

• A competitive hourly rate, starting at $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
