About the Role

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by using your passion for innovative technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. You'll learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Your phenomenal communication skills will enable you to close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network.

• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll earn a yearly salary from $43,000 to $56,000, which includes base compensation, team-based commission, and opportunities for individual incentives. Your compensation package may vary based on the region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• One or more years of work experience
• A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, having one or more of the following skills will be beneficial:

• Experience working in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
