Compensation and Benefits

About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist with Auditing and Customer Service Focus, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to work orders and invoices. Your work will support auditing, billing, and reporting functions, helping us deliver top-notch service to our customers. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Management team to identify and report cost savings, and collaborate with service providers to resolve discrepancies in invoices.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data from work orders and invoices into our system, ensuring high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

• Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges and implement cost-saving adjustments, helping us optimize our operations and reduce costs
• Collaborate with service providers to resolve discrepancies in invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment
• Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to identify and report cost savings, helping us deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet monthly deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring seamless data processing and reporting
• Participate in special projects and take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability

What We're Looking For

* Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Basic customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• Knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred, but not required

Requirements

* Associate's Degree preferred, but not required; relevant experience and skills will be considered

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with electronic communication, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds, with a strong sense of physical well-being and safety
