Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) with arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data into our system using a continuous stream of images, ensuring high-quality results and meeting quality standards.
• Identifying document types based on provided information, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintaining the confidentiality of client data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Interacting professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
• Completing all assigned tasks for the day, prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Performing other basic office duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Hourly Pay and Schedule

* Pay: $12 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases based on performance.

• Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
• Shifts: Available shifts range between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits your needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently, prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
• The capability to learn quickly and follow instructions, adapting to new processes and technologies.
• A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client data, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication skills.
• Typing skills that meet the following requirements:

+ WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy. + KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy.
