About the Role

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into digital databases, updating client information, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of our team.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets to track important client information and orders
  • Transferring data from hard copy documents to digital databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Updating client information in our database, ensuring that all records are current and accurate
  • Organizing existing data in spreadsheets, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Transferring data from hard copy documents to digital databases, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete
  • Double-checking your work to ensure that all data is accurate and complete
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong academic record
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team

Preferred Qualifications
