Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and transaction processing operations. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as necessary
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Work overtime and some Saturdays as required, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Shift Schedules

During your first six weeks of training, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After completing your training, you'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of schedules, including:

  • Monday-to-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Monday-to-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings
  • Must be able to complete a typing test with a minimum score of 45 words per minute

Pay Transparency

arenaflex is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. While the estimated salary for this role is $29,120, actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business need.
