Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data pipelines, ensuring that our systems are scalable, efficient, and secure. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value. You'll also collaborate with our IT team to ensure that our data systems are integrated with our existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support business needs
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Work closely with our IT team to ensure that our data systems are integrated with our existing infrastructure
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data engineering
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in software engineering, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab
