Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance and financial services options, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
