Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team, working on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution, working from home
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
  • Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
