As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique signature release letters
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigating any dataset issues
• Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency
• Collaborating with clients and team members on a regular basis
• Auditing completed Unique Signature Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Favored Capabilities and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
• Proficiency in modern software skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
• Experience with Access database management
• Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Ability to direct fair and consistent use of organizational policies and government regulations
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
