Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: -

Customer Support:

Engage with customers via web chat to answer queries regarding menu items, promotional offers, and store locations. Provide thorough and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. -

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and issues with a focus on resolution and service recovery. Collaborate with other departments when necessary to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex menu offerings, ongoing promotions, and policies to provide informed and effective responses. -

Communication:

Utilize excellent written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone. -

Data Entry:

Accurately log customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. -

Collaborative Efforts:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the overall success of the digital customer experience team. -

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. -

Experience:

1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a digital environment. -

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with using web-based chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel). -

Personality Traits:

- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for providing excellent customer service. - Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic in a remote work environment. -

Soft Skills:
