Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in the USA. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently into our system, verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered, and managing and organizing large amounts of data. Responsibilities

As a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring data consistency.
  • Managing and organizing large amounts of data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
