Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
• Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
• Processing a variety of orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
• Utilizing customer contact tools, such as the Customer Contact Tool, to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels
• A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
• Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
• Certification in customer service or a related field
