Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. You'll work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between our Richardson, Texas location and working from home. You'll be the frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty, and meeting monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels

  • Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to customers for our latest products and services
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of customer interactions
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries
  • Maintain customer records and provide effective and timely resolutions for customers
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

* Call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
  • Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • WFH Requirements:

+ Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) + An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) + AT&T will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started! + Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) + You will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)

  • Competitive salary range: $600.00 - $696.50 weekly + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met
