Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
  • Answering customer calls, responding to online chat inquiries, and engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resetting passwords, assisting with creating accounts, and uploading documents as needed
  • Helping customers manage their accounts, verify eligibility for coverages, and review healthcare options
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Additional Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high level of food service or retail background, with a strong focus on customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
  • High-speed, reliable internet access (35mbps download speed or better)
  • A computer or laptop with a working camera (for the first 3 weeks of training)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment while working from home
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of healthcare options and coverages
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Score at least 70 on the Internet Basics Assessment
  • Not have any requested time off, including doctor appointments, during the 3 weeks of training
  • Be able to provide your own computer or laptop with a working camera for the first 3 weeks of training
  • Have high-speed, reliable internet access (35mbps download speed or better)
