Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical and non-technical support to Samsung's customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive a satisfying experience. If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2), we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian & Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
- Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
- Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in technical support or a related field
- Knowledge of Samsung products or services
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
