Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information and support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to high-volume incoming technical support calls and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems and concerns.

  • Offer expert knowledge and guidance to customers, directing them to the proper resources and solutions as needed.
  • Utilize computer software to complete customer information and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to supervisors and managers as necessary.
  • Evaluate product problems and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
  • Provide product information, installation instructions, and technical support to customers, including product features and models.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* At least one (1) year of experience in a product-based customer support function and/or call center environment.

  • Previous experience in the hardware and home improvement industry is preferred.
  • Technical mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Type 35+ WPM with accuracy and speed.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
