As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with customers who are planning their next adventure. Whether they're looking to change travel plans, confirm their itinerary, or report travel issues, you'll be there to provide expert guidance and support. Flexible Scheduling
At arenaflex, we believe in giving our employees the flexibility they need to succeed. That's why we offer a self-scheduling platform that allows you to choose when you work and when you don't. With hours of operation from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week, you'll have the flexibility to set your schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
- Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure exceptional customer service
- Helping customers change travel plans and providing or confirming their travel itinerary
- Processing refunds and resolving travel issues
- Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
- Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
About You
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong geographical knowledge, with a passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
- Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications
- Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
Technical Requirements
To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:
- Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above
- Memory: 8GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: 256GB
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome
- Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers)
- Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software
- Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
