Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Update existing data and manage data cleanup tasks as required
* Organize and maintain data files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date
* Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
* Proven experience in data entry or similar roles
