Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our arenaflex Healthcare Support Team, you will play a critical role in providing heart-driven support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and resolving issues related to healthcare plans, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to provide the necessary solutions to improve our customers' healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare plans, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare plans and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
