Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Disney Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Disney, interacting with our fans and customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a magical experience for all Disney fans worldwide. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Disney fans and customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and concerns.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
