Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, managing cost changes, and providing exceptional support to our merchants and stores.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, taking proactive steps to resolve issues
  • Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, ensuring seamless integration
  • Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining accurate records
  • Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring timely updates
  • Work with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission, streamlining financial processes
  • Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing exceptional support to our merchants and stores
  • Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, operations, or a similar field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and manipulation
  • Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
