Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our team, you'll be the eyes and ears for our clients, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to respond to their needs. Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues.
- Assisting Policy Holders: Support policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
- Providing Support: Assist policy holders with policy changes and ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues.
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Typing Speed: Type 25 words per minute.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Be available to work various shifts.
- Organization and Prioritization: Possess strong organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of your internet speed to ensure a stable connection.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: Maintain a clean and quiet workspace to ensure productivity and focus.
